Coaching
Through one-on-one coaching engagements, I support individuals in achieving greater clarity, confidence, and effectiveness. Coaching engagements are tailored to the client’s goals—whether they’re navigating a transition, addressing performance challenges, or stepping into greater leadership responsibility. My coaching style is thoughtful, direct, and deeply developmental, helping clients surface insights and take action.
