Performance management consultation

I support managers in navigating complex performance management challenges with their direct reports. Whether it’s a persistent underperformance issue, unclear expectations, or a strained reporting relationship, I help leaders diagnose root causes, deliver feedback effectively, and design performance improvement strategies that are clear, actionable, and grounded in organizational goals.

Mediation

When interpersonal conflict becomes disruptive, neutral and confidential mediation can help repair trust and open new channels for communication. I facilitate structured, goal-oriented conversations that help individuals better understand one another’s perspectives and co-create solutions that are both sustainable and aligned with team and organizational values.

Team dynamics analysis

Dysfunction at the team level often stems from misaligned norms, unspoken tensions, or breakdowns in communication. I conduct qualitative assessments—including one-on-one interviews and thematic analysis—to uncover the underlying dynamics that are affecting team performance.
